Hated it, never going back. Very disappointed in Booking.com for the way this was misrepresented. I have been using Book
Positive: Nothing really, soulless & the reception area was always overcrowded.
Negative: If I had been aware that you had to pick up the key from a different place I would never have gone ahead with this booking. It made things complicated & when we left we had to do the whole process in reverse including taking a photo to prove the key had been returned. The beds in the apartment were very low, the furniture looked like it had been made for little people.
