Great location and great apartment

Very pleasant stay, in a lovely apartment in a great location.
Positive: The location was great. Just a short walk from Southern Cross and the number 86 tram stop. The property was clean and modern, and had everything we needed for a 6 day stay.
Negative: We had issues checking in, with the keys not in the lockbox, due to a cleaner not putting them back. Was rather inconvenient and delayed our plans by about an hour.

Great for a city break
Positive: Great value, great location and great facilities onsite
Negative: A little annoying having to pick up key from separate location and not having a luggage storage option on site. Process to get pool access was a little clunky.
