It was convenient and cost effective, but not Luxe
Positive: Conveniently close to tram, train
Negative: The faceless majority of staff, the token front desk person with limited knowledge, all communication via email, hidden costs

Host made things very easy and was certainly enjoyable.
Positive: The views were fantastic, perfect location, clean and tidy and very easy access.
Negative: Nothing to dislike

Positive: Location was great and close to the train station and trams. Pool was nice.
