Family staycation
Positive: Great location. Close to southern Cross station, Spencer Street outlet, Coles and many food outlets. Room was ok size for family of 4. Clean. Great view from windows

A really good place to stay :)
Positive: Great location, close to so many facilities and trams. Excellent place to stay to get around town. Clean and tidy apartment with all the amenities (a note to explain the oven is also a microwave would be good!). Communication from the provider was excellent and timely.
Negative: The instructions for using KeyPal could be clearer, i.e., you scan the QR code at the scanner on the door (but these come from KeyPal & not the accommodation provider).
Didn't quite understand you must undertake an induction to access level 9. It isn't clear in the welcome guide.
